Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), your ZIP/county, listing content and photos, messages, and — during a closing — documents you upload (e.g., proof of insurance). Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, calculate PA closing costs, match you with notaries, facilitate messaging, and process our own service fees. Sensitive closing documents are stored privately and access-scoped to the transaction’s parties.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with service providers (Supabase for data/auth/storage, Stripe for payments) and, only when you request it, with independent licensed insurance/financing partners. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your profile, remove listings, and request deletion of your account. Contact the site operator for data requests.
